I was referred to know Ken through a good friend of mine, and I attended a few 1-on-1 sessions with Ken mainly because I wanted to find a way to grow my career. During the sessions, Ken was very attentive to listen to everything I said, and took notes to understand everything that was going on. He would always follow up with a list of action items for me that would help me with my career after each session . There are a number of things that I learnt from Ken that I will hardly ever learn from anyone at my work. The first thing is that Ken would take notice of all the non-verbal cues and taught me that the non-technical, non-spoken things at work, are probably more important than all the tangible things combined.
