You worked hard, and it's time for the performance review and promotion process. Through one-on-one coaching, we will help you to prepare for it.
You will gain:
- Understanding of the performance review and promotion requirements and processes
- Support from your manager and peers, and avoiding last-minute surprises
- Ability to quantify and present projects and achievements
- Ability to align your strengths with the requirements
You will meet with our coach five times, once a month, leading up to the review process.
You can reserve a time to meet with our coach, usually between 1-5 pm PST, Monday through Friday.
The coach has helped more than 300 clients to find new jobs and develop careers at Google, Amazon, Apple, Stripe, Twitter, Doordash, and many other companies. He had more than 20 years of prior industry experience leading and managing engineering teams.
Tuition
$1500 for experienced IC or below, $2000 for senior engineer or above
